Make 10 pieces of sushi with quality tuna, salmon, vegetables, and other ingredients sourced through trusted specialty shops connected to Tsukiji. Follow clear English guidance as you make nigiri, traditional inari sushi, and a tuna roll.

As you finish each piece, arrange your sushi beautifully in your own handcrafted wooden bento box and watch your sushi bento come together.

The experience is about more than making sushi. You’ll also try real fresh wasabi and discover Japanese food culture in an easy, hands-on way.

    *There are several Sushizanmai locations in Tsukiji, so please come to the Bekkan building.

    * Can kids and beginners join?  

    Yes. Kids and beginners are welcome. Simple English, demonstrations, and visual guidance make the class easy to follow.  

    * Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?  

    Please tell us when booking. Vegetarian and some dietary requests may be available with advance notice. Same-day requests may not be possible.  

    * What is included in the price?  

    The price includes the sushi making class, all ingredients, use of sushi tools, real fresh wasabi, and a handcrafted wooden bento box. 

    * What kind of sushi will I make?  

    You will make 10 pieces, including tuna, salmon, vegetable sushi, inari sushi, and a tuna roll.  

    * Can I take the sushi with me?  

    No. For food safety reasons, all prepared sushi must be enjoyed at the venue.  

    * Is a Tsukiji Market tour included?  

    No. This is a 1-hour sushi making class. We also offer a separate 2-hour experience combining a Tsukiji Market tour and sushi making.
